During my stay in this city, I had to visit a few locations, and this hotel was in a perfect location. It was ideally placed close both to subway stations and plenty of shops for sundry items. Also, the location was not far from Sendai station. The hotel itself was clean and had an accommodating staff.
Everything was spot on.

The stay was relatively affordable compared to other hotels in the area and the staff was accommodating. the room had a great view and was kept clean, which was a plus. It was also located in a lively part of the city, which made it easy to explore local shops and restaurants.
The location was a bit inconvenient for visitors who don't speak the language. We had trouble finding public transportation and ended up having to walk long distances to get to where we wanted to go.

Excellent location, close to Jozenji Dori, shopping, and restaurants. Good value for the price. Spacious bed, desk, TV, and mini fridge. Helpful and friendly staff. Prompt room service. Close to Tohoku University Hospital, subway stations, and entertainment/dining/shopping areas. Walking distance to Sendai Castle and other attractions. Clean and tidy rooms.
Can't fault the property in any way.

However, the hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. They provided us with useful information on less known attractions in the area. The hotel's breakfast was also great and had a variety of choices. the room was clean and cozy with a great view of the city. The nearby subway station and shopping area made it easy to explore the area. I had a good stay at the hotel despite the Easter crowds.
Not ideal for Easter holidays. Although the location is great and it is easy to access most attractions, I would not recommend to stay here during Easter holidays.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was a short walk to the subway stations and down the street, there were shops for sundry items. the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very impressive. the staff service was very pleasant. the breakfast served in the room had a nice view to the street. the room had all the necessary facilities and advantages such as a good, sized desk, queen, size bed, mini, fridge.
It was a bit difficult to communicate with the staff due to the language barrier.
